We can take care of your homeowners

A number of our locations have gorgeous, full service design centers where our trained design consultants meet with homeowners in a one-on-one design appointment.

Before we begin meeting with homebuyers, we partner with the builder to create a program that suits their budget and style of the neighborhood. Once the program is established, our trained design consultants meet individually with the homebuyer to understanding their aesthetic desires and lifestyle needs, and then review with the homebuyer choices that meet their objectives. We track and benchmark each builder’s program and their homeowner satisfaction ratings and meet with our builder clients regularly to review the progress.

We also think it is critically important that homebuyers have realistic expectations about the installation, appearance and use of the various flooring options. Each homeowner is provided with product care information that describes how a product will perform in “real life,” such as “hardwood floors will scratch, all carpets have seams, etc.” Armed with this information, homeowners make better choices and have a higher level of satisfaction!
